Drone Services Agreement

Payment of this invoice constitutes agreement to the following terms:

Oregon Aerial Solutions agrees to provide aerial photography / drone services as requested by the client. Payment submitted online may represent either a deposit or full payment for the scheduled service.

By completing this payment, the client authorizes Oregon Aerial Solutions to perform the requested drone operations at the agreed location, date, and time, subject to weather conditions, airspace restrictions, and FAA regulations.

All drone operations will be conducted in accordance with FAA Part 107 regulations. If flight operations cannot be completed due to weather, safety concerns, or airspace restrictions, the service will be rescheduled when possible.

Payment confirms acceptance of these terms.
